Record / Stop

1. Load Coldsnap App: A small file size that won’t use much wifi or mobile data.

2. Get Ready: tell Siri to "open Coldsnap", then keep your phone comfortably upside-down by your side or in your pant or jacket pocket. You can also keep the phone flat on a table, face up.

3. Just point the phone lens to start. Stop pointing when done.

Works with wet screens

Dry Screen Extras: When the screen is dry and your fingers are free, take Photos while recording video (or anytime)

Do you like water? Coldsnap is especially awesome when the screen is wet (that’s when other camera apps don’t work properly.).

Easy Zoom

Gentle jerk your phone forward to zoom in, Gently jerk back to zoom out. Try it a few times to master the motion, it’s loads of fun 🙂

Coldsnap

While Coldsnap is awesome for most applications, it won’t record when the lens is pointed directly downwards. Do play with test Coldsnap and become familiar with when it will and won’t record. Coldsnap might not work properly when exposed to high accelerations (like when you are on a crazy roller coaster or other theme park ride).
